Cairo library
The Indigo rendering plugin requires Cairo library to be installed.
On Linux, the Cairo binary is located in /usr/lib/libcairo.so.2. If you have Debian-like Linux (e.g. Debian or Ubuntu),
you can install Cairo with the following command:
sudo apt-get install libcairo2
On Mac OS X, Cairo can be installed via MacPorts:
sudo port install cairo
(the binary should be located in /opt/local/lib/libcairo.dylib)
Windows distributions of Indigo have Cairo and all dependent binaries included, and so you do not need to install anything.
