Project Transparency
GGA is committed to providing the optimum visibility into its projects for each client. Every client—and sometimes every project — requires a different level of transparency. Some clients want development to be a "black box" that just delivers results. Others need a highly interactive "joint team" approach. In some cases, GGA's staff holds daily issue-resolution and status meetings with a client to ensure rapid and effective communication in both directions. GGA also encourages on-site workshops and regular in-person meetings.
